I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to be shipped. Tracking numbers will be updated 2-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED.
What if there is an issue?
Contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged during transit or if you recieved the wrong item.
I just received my parts but only half of them showed up. Are they missing?
Your remaining parts are not missing. Our inventory fluctuates daily due to parts are purchased of many different suppliers and they arrive at our warehouse at different times. In order to get the order moving we send what is available at the time. Please email us and tracking information will be given on the remaining parts.
Can I cancel my order?
If you require to cancel your order please email us immediately at email@example.com within 1 hour of placing the order.
We process our orders electronically within our processing schedule. Do not assume that an email will be seen as we receive a large number of emails correspondence. Unfortunately, due to the cost of processing refunds, there will be a 20% cancellation fee on all return items and cancelled orders.
This does not apply to returns & exchanges. Please refer to returns & exchanges if your order has already shipped.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
I have waited long enough for my parts, I am going to file for a claim.
If you feel you have to file a claim, please talk to us first. Its not just a simple case refunding your money. The funds are frozen and can take months before a settlement. This could all be avoided if you talk to one of our staff prior to making the claim. Please understand at times there are delays that are out of our control, or this maybe your first Internet purchase and you are feeling concerned about fraud. There is absolutely no way we would ever deceive someone for payment to our company. Sure we have delays but if you were to do a search on our reviews you will never hear of one customer saying Primitive Performance has deceived a customer over a payment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from our warehouse centers in North America and Overseas. The average shipping time is 2-6 weeks.
