Return / Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@primitiveperformanceauto.com.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS, Canada Post, UPS, DHL & Fedex to the address you provide us with. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to be shipped, you will receive a tracking number in the email you provide after order has shipped. We will do our best to ship out every item in a prompt manner but in rare cases packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from our warehouse centers in North America and Overseas
Special Order Item
Once the order has been processed it will immediately go into production. There are NO REFUNDS once this process has started.

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to be shipped. Tracking numbers will be updated 2-15 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 15 business days please email us at sales@primitiveperformanceauto.com.
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels. Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
If you require to cancel your order please email us immediately at sales@primitiveperformanceauto.com within 1 hour of placing the order.
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@primitiveperformanceauto.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
