Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns that the customer does not like or has purchased in the wrong items and size
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned products. All returned products or exchanges can be made, provided that has not been damaged.


Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not returnable:
Any products that have been modified, damaged, painted or installed
All Carbon Fiber related products
Final sale or discontinued products
Products purchased for more than 30 business days
Special order products cannot be returned


Shipping is non refundable.  Customer pays for shipping to them if item is exchanged.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Coupon Codes
Coupon codes only work on selected items.  Certain items such us, Carbon Fiber products, large and heavy items and certain product brands are not available for discounts.


Special Orders
We will gladly special order your item should we not have it as a regularly stocked product, subject to the following policies.

    Special orders CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed with our suppliers.

    We are not responsible for production delays or other unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery of any special order. We will provide an estimate of the lead time required for your item to come in to best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee a lead time in any case.

    No returns or refunds allowed on special orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Orders placed with Sezzle finance will not qualify for special order items.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at primitiveperformanceauto@gmail.com

 
Delivered - Item Missing
If you have not received your package but see "delivered" when tracking through USPS, UPS, FeDex and DHL, please follow these steps:

1. File a police report to your local police station.
2. Send us a copy of your original report along with your order number to primitiveperformanceauto@gmail.com
- Please be advised we will be contacting and verify your police report
3. Primitive Performance will submit your report to the carrier to complete the claim.
4. If item is available we will send a new package if not you'll recieve a full refund.

*Many packages delivered via USPS will actually be at your door a few days after the date of delivery you see when tracking. For all missing USPS packages, please wait for a few days before completing the steps above - we are certain you will receive your package!


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
